About to ESKPM 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Education Science, Knowledge and Public Management (ESKPM 2026) will be held grandly in Zhuhai, the innovation gateway city of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area in China. This conference focuses on the coordinated evolution of educational science development, knowledge innovation system, and public management practice, aiming to build an interdisciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, gathering experts, scholars, researchers, education managers, government officials, and representatives of think tanks in the fields of education, knowledge management, public policy, administrative management, sociology, information science, and higher education management. ESKPM 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "using education to enlighten, knowledge to promote governance, and collaborative management", and is committed to serving the national strategy of building a strong education and technology country and modernizing governance. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in international journals indexed by SSCI, Scopus, or CSSCI to enhance academic influence.

All full paper submissions to the ESKPM 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ESKPM 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to eskpm@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
